The Department of Men’s Ministries organizes local units of Men’s Ministries in the churches of Assemblies of God, Liberia to unite them in fellowship and cooperative service to the church and in bringing other men to Christ.

The Women’s Ministries Department (WM) unites the women of the Assemblies of God, Liberia in fellowship and Christian service according to the principles and doctrines of the church in cooperation with local pastors. The WM provides guidance and instruction to the Young Women Auxiliaries and Missionetts (YWA, MT, etc.).

The Christ Ambassadors Department plans and organizes programs to train and use by the youth of the Assemblies of God, Liberia in effective Christian living and service. Christ Ambassadors are all members of the church between the ages of 12 and 35.

There shall be a national Children Ministry to supervise all the activities of the children ministry on the church.

The Department of Evangelism shall be established for the purpose of promoting the work of the Assemblies of God, Liberia through evangelism.

The Department of Theological Education shall be established for the purpose of supervising and promoting the theological educational activities of the Assemblies of God, Liberia including Bible school, Bible colleges, and correspondence/online courses.

The Sunday School Department shall be established for the purpose of training and educating our entire Assemblies of God Fellowship in matters of Bible truth and Christian character and to make available Sunday School books, manuals, handbooks and literature of a promotional nature.

The Department of Education shall be established for the purpose of supervising and promoting the educational activities of the Assemblies of God, Liberia, including activities in elementary schools, high schools and non-theological colleges.

The Missions Department of the Assemblies of God, Liberia shall be established to:
(1) Propagate the gospel to win people of all backgrounds to Jesus Christ and His Church;
(2) Provide scriptural instruction through preaching and teaching to prepare believers in Christ for effective ministry and service, and
(3) Provide socio-humanitarian service that will help to relieve the burdens of suffering humanity and make the world a better place to live.

The Media Ministry shall exist to propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ in our ever-changing world through technology and media and to equip other ministries of the church to use digital and electronic media as worship and outreach tools.

As we minister in the last days and prepare for the coming of the Lord, there is a need for ministers and their wives to stand together in support of their calling.

(a) The Minister’s Wives Association shall exist:

(1) To create room for fellowship, training, and equipping of ministers’ wives.

(2) To acquaint ministers’ wives with their roles and limitations in the local church in regard to church ministries and administration.

(3) To teach ministers’ wives to be good managers of their homes, hospitable and welcoming of strangers.

The National Music Department shall have oversight responsibility for spiritual music ministry at the national level and shall coordinate and provide guidance to the District Music Director to ensure that musical activities bring glory and honor to God, and that church music/hymns, both English and vernacular, are available during worship services or programs of the church. The National Music Department shall be responsible to build the capacity of officers, choirs, choristers to ensure that music is used in the furtherance of the gospel and in the winning of souls for the kingdom of God.

  1. The National Usher department shall have oversight responsibility for Ushering Ministry at the national level and shall coordinate and provide guidance to the District Usher Departments to ensure that ushering activities bring glory and honor to God, and that ushers are available during worship services or programs of the Church.
  2. The National Usher Department shall be responsible to build the capacity of officers to ensure that ushering is used in the furtherance of the Gospel and in the winning of souls for the kingdom of God.
